Installation

INSTALLATION
1. Install 2 brackets to the vehicle frame and secure them with bolts and nuts. Then, secure the hanger and stay using rubber pads, bolts and nuts.

NOTE:
- Make sure that the convex end of the rubber pad faces down and that the bolt is inserted from the lower side.
- Make sure that the nut which secures the rubber pad makes contact with the graded portion of the bolt when tightened.












2. Install the front exhaust pipe and gasket to the exhaust connector and secure them with bolts and nuts.
Secure the clamp of the front exhaust pipe to the bracket of the vehicle frame with a bolt, nut and rubber pads (Manual transmission model). Install the exhaust brake assembly and gasket to the front exhaust pipe, and secure them with bolts and nuts. Install the rear exhaust pipe and gasket to the exhaust brake assembly and secure them with bolts and nuts.
Secure the clamp of the rear exhaust pipe to the bracket of the vehicle frame using rubber pads, bolts and nuts (Automatic transmission model).







3. Install the oxidation catalyst and gasket to the rear exhaust pipe and secure them with bolts and nuts.







4. Install the clamp to the pipe at the rear of the muffler assembly and secure it to the stay using a bolt and nut. Connect the muffler assembly to the oxidation catalyst with the gasket in place and secure them to the hanger using bolts and nuts.
