Acceleration/Deceleration Sensor: Service and Repair

BRAKE CONTROL / DYNAMIC CONTROL SYSTEMS: YAW RATE AND DECELERATION SENSOR (for Hatchback): REMOVAL

1. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

Removal (from 07/2011)

2. REMOVE YAW RATE SENSOR PROTECTOR





(a) Remove the 2 nuts and the yaw rate sensor protector.

3. REMOVE YAW RATE AND DECELERATION SENSOR





(a) Disconnect the yaw rate and deceleration sensor connector.

(b) Remove the 2 nuts and the yaw rate and deceleration sensor.
