DESCRIPTION
The main body ECU receives switch signals from the door control switch, and driver door key cylinder or front passenger door key cylinder switch signals from the front door lock with motor assembly LH or front door lock with motor assembly RH. The main body ECU activates the door lock motor on each door according to these signals.

1. CHECK DOOR LOCK OPERATION
(a) Check door lock operation Operation Check (from 07/2011).

2. READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (DOOR CONTROL SWITCH (POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY))
(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the ignition switch to ON.
(c) Turn the Techstream on.
(d) Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Main Body / Data List.
(e) According to the display on the Techstream, read the Data List.
Main Body
OK:
The Techstream indicates ON or OFF according to the switch operation shown in the table above.
NG -- INSPECT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY
OK -- REPLACE MAIN BODY ECU Removal (from 07/2011)
3. INSPECT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY
(a) Inspect the power window regulator master switch assembly Testing and Inspection.
NG -- REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY Removal (from 07/2011)
OK -- Continue to next step.
4. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY - MAIN BODY ECU)
(a) Disconnect the D143 main body ECU connector.
(b) Disconnect the G20*1 or G22*2 power window regulator master switch assembly (door control switch) connector.
*1: w/ Power Window
*2: w/o Power Window
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:
for 5 Door with Power Window
for 3 Door with Power Window
w/o Power Window
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- REPLACE MAIN BODY ECU Removal (from 07/2011)
5. CHECK DOOR LOCK OPERATION (DOOR KEY CYLINDER)
(a) Proceed to the next step according to the symptom if all the doors cannot be locked/unlocked at once.

8. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY LH - MAIN BODY ECU)
(a) Disconnect the D143 main body ECU connector.
(b) Disconnect the G23 front door lock assembly LH connector.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
