DOOR LOCK: FRONT DOOR LOCK (for Hatchback): INSPECTION

1. INSPECT FRONT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Check the operation of the front door lock motor.

(1) Apply battery voltage and check the operation of the front door lock motor.

OK:





If the result is not as specified, replace the front door lock assembly LH.

(b) Check the resistance of the unlock detection switch.

(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





If the result is not as specified, replace the front door lock assembly LH.

(c) Check the resistance of the door lock and unlock switch.

2. INSPECT FRONT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Check the operation of the front door lock motor.

(b) Check the resistance of the unlock detection switch.
