Reassembly (from 07/2011)

INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL (for Hatchback): REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL NO. 5 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Install a new instrument panel cushion as shown in the illustration.





2. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION (for Lower Side)

(a) Install a new instrument panel cushion as shown in the illustration.





3. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION (for Upper Side)

(a) Install a new instrument panel cushion as shown in the illustration.





4. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Install 2 new instrument panel cushions as shown in the illustration.





5. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Install a new instrument panel cushion as shown in the illustration.





6. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Install a new instrument panel cushion as shown in the illustration.





7. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE

(a) Engage the guide and the 3 claws and install the defroster nozzle.





8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX

(a) Engage the 5 claws and install the instrument panel box.





9. INSTALL NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)

(a) Engage the 3 claws and install the instrument panel register.





10. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 4 clips and install the instrument cluster finish panel.





11. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Installation (from 07/2011)

12. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 3 guides and install the instrument panel register with the 3 screws.

13. INSTALL NO. 6 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the heater to register duct.

14. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Engage the 4 guides and install the heater to register duct with the 4 screws.

15. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Engage the 4 guides and install the heater to register duct with the 4 screws.
