2GR-FE ENGINE CONTROL: VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE (for Engine Mounting): INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL DUTY VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE

(a) Connect the hose to the duty vacuum switching valve and install the duty vacuum switching valve with the bolt.





Torque : 4.0 Nm (41 kgf-cm, 35 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the 3 vacuum hoses to the duty vacuum switching valve.





HINT
* Hose A: Large hose
* Hose B: Dummy hose (not used for ventilation, the other end is plugged)

(c) Connect the duty vacuum switching valve connector and clamp.

4. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR CLEANER INLET Installation

5. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
