MIRROR (EXT): OUTER MIRROR SWITCH: INSPECTION

1. INSPECT OUTER MIRROR SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Inspect the outer mirror switch assembly.





(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below when the outer mirror switch assembly is operated.

Select "L" on the left/right adjustment switch.

Select "R" on the left/right adjustment switch.

If the result is not as specified, replace the outer mirror switch assembly.

(b) Check the LED illuminates.

(1) Auxiliary battery voltage to the outer mirror switch assembly and check that the LED illuminates.
