How To Proceed With Troubleshooting





HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: SOLAR VENTILATION SYSTEM: HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING

* Use the following procedure to troubleshoot the solar ventilation system.

1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP

NEXT -- Continue to next step.

2. INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE

(a) Inspect the battery voltage with the power switch off.

Standard Voltage:

11 to 14 V

If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding to the next step.

NEXT -- Continue to next step.

3. CHECK FOR DTC*

(a) Check for DTCs and note any code that is output.

(b) Clear the DTCs.

(c) Recheck for DTCs.
