ENGINE IMMOBILISER: CERTIFICATION ECU: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side Removal.

2. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side Removal.

3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL NO. 2 UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for TMC Made) Removal

4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL NO. 2 UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for TMMK Made) Removal

5. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for TMC Made) Removal

6. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for TMMK Made) Removal

7. REMOVE CERTIFICATION ECU (SMART KEY ECU ASSEMBLY)

(a) Disconnect the connector.





(b) Remove the 2 nuts and the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly).
