Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

ENGINE IMMOBILISER SYSTEM:

DTC CHECK / CLEAR

1. CHECK DTC
(a) Connect Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
(c) Read the DTCs by following the directions on the tester screen.

HINT: Refer to Techstream operator's manual for further details.

2. CLEAR DTC
(a) Connect Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
(c) Erase the DTCs by following the directions on the tester screen.
