DESCRIPTION

This DTC is output when the VSC and/or Electronically Controlled Brake system detects a malfunction in the ABS control system.






INSPECTION PROCEDURE
NOTE: When replacing the skid control ECU, perform initialization of linear solenoid valve and calibration .

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK ABS CONTROL SYSTEM
(a) Clear the DTC .
(b) Turn the power switch on (IG).
(c) Check if the same DTC is recorded .
Result:






B -- REPAIR CIRCUIT INDICATED BY OUTPUT DTC
A -- Continue to next step.
2. RECONFIRM DTC
(a) Turn the power switch off.
(b) Clear the DTC .
(c) Turn the power switch on (IG).
(d) Check if the same DTC is recorded .

B -- REPLACE SKID CONTROL ECU
A -- CHECK FOR INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS (SYMPTOM SIMULATION)
