DESCRIPTION





INSPECTION PROCEDURE
HINT: After the inspection is completed, clear the DTCs.

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK DISC
(a) Make sure that the disc is a normal disc, and that it is not deformed, flawed, stained, burred, or otherwise defective.
OK:
Normal disc
HINT: Translucent or uniquely-shaped CDs cannot be played.

NG -- DISC IS FAULTY
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. CHANGE DISC
(a) Replace the CD with another disc and recheck.
(1) Replace the CD with another normal disc.
(2) Clear the DTCs .
(3) Recheck for DTCs and check if the same trouble occurs again.
OK:
Malfunction disappears.
NG -- REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER
OK -- END
