REMOVAL

HINT: A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart.

1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH
a. Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.
b. Aero type: Using a clip remover, remove the 4 clips.
c. Partially remove the fender liner.

HINT: It is not necessary to fully remove the fender liner. Partially remove it so that the bumper cover can be removed.

2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION LH
4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION RH
5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER
a. Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips.
b. Remove the 2 screws and 2 bolts.
c. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 2 hooks and remove the bumper cover.






HINT:
- Only the left hook is indicated in the illustration but the right hook exists on the opposite side of the vehicle.
- Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER LOWER
a. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 8 claws and 2 bolts, and remove the cover lower from the bumper cover.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET
8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER
9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT
a. Using a clip remover, disengage the 2 connector clamps.
b. Remove the 4 nuts and reinforcement.






10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET LH
11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET RH
12. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)
13. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)
14. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)
15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)
16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH
a. Remove the screw and side support.

17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH
a. Remove the screw and side support.

18. REMOVE FRONT LICENCE PLATE MOUNTING BRACKET
a. Remove the 2 screws and bracket.

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRONT LICENCE PLATE MOUNTING BRACKET
a. Install the bracket with the 2 screws.

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH
a. Install the side support with a screw.

3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH
a. Install the side support with a screw.

4. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)
5. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)
6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)
7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)
8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET LH
9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET RH
10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT
a. Install the reinforcement with the 4 nuts.

Torque: 36 N.m (367 kgf.cm, 27 ft.lbf)

b. Install the 2 connector clamps.

11. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER
12. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET
13. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER LOWER
a. Install the cover lower with the 8 claws and 2 bolts.

14. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
a. Install the bumper cover with the 4 screws, 3 clips and 2 bolts.

b. Aero type: Install the bumper with the 6 screws, 3 clips and 2 bolts.

Torque: 5.0 N.m (51 kgf.cm, 44 in.lbf)

15. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION LH
16. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION RH
17. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH
a. Install the fender liner with the 2 clips.
b. Aero type: Install the fender liner with the 4 clips.

18. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH
a. Use the same procedures described for the LH side.
