LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR

Luggage Compartment Door:

DISASSEMBLY

HINT:
- The installation procedures are the removal procedures in reverse order. However, only installation procedures requiring additional information are included.
- A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart.

1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR COVER






a. Using a clip remover, remove the 7 clips (A).
b. Disengage the 6 clips (B) and remove the luggage compartment door cover.

2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY






a. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the cover.
b. Disconnect the connector and control cable.






c. Remove the 2 bolts and the luggage compartment door lock assembly.

3. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR HANDLE INSIDE
4. REMOVE REAR DOOR LOCK
5. REMOVE REAR DOOR LOCK

REASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY






a. Install the luggage compartment door lock assembly with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 5.5 N.m (56 kgf.cm, 49 in.lbf)

b. Install the control cable.
c. Connect the connector.
d. Install the cover.
