Overhaul

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR
2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD CAP (for Manual Air Conditioning)
3. REMOVE COOLER (SOLAR SENSOR) THERMISTOR




4. REMOVE SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT NO.1
a. Remove the screw or and the side defroster nozzle duct No.1.

5. REMOVE SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT NO.2
a. Remove the screw or and the side defroster nozzle duct No.2.

6. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 5 screws or and the defroster nozzle assembly.

7. REMOVE HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT NO.1
a. Remove the 3 screws or and the heater to register duct No.1.

8. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH NO.1
9. REMOVE SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE NO.1
10. REMOVE SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE NO.2
11. REMOVE FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY
2. INSTALL SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE NO.2
3. INSTALL SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE NO.1
4. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH NO.1
5. INSTALL HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT NO.1
6. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY
7. INSTALL SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT NO.2
8. INSTALL SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT NO.1
