Power Door Lock Actuator: Testing and Inspection

1. INSPECT FRONT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY LH
a. Check the door lock motor operation.
If the result is not as specified, replace the door lock assembly.







b. Measure the resistance of the door lock and unlock switch.
If the result is not as specified, replace the door lock assembly.




c. Measure the resistance of the position switch.
If the result is not as specified, replace the door lock assembly.

2. INSPECT FRONT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY RH







a. Check the door lock motor operation.
If the result is not as specified, replace the door lock assembly.







b. Measure the resistance of the door lock and unlock switch.
If the result is not as specified, replace the door lock assembly.




c. Measure the resistance of the position switch.
If the result is not as specified, replace the door lock assembly.







3. INSPECT REAR DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY LH
a. Check the door lock motor operation.
If the result is not as specified, replace the door lock assembly.







4. INSPECT REAR DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY RH
a. Check the door lock motor operation.
If the result is not as specified, replace the door lock assembly.
