Speed Sensor, Front
REMOVAL
1. DISCONNECT SPEED SENSOR CONNECTOR
a. Remove the fender liner.
b. Disconnect the speed sensor connector.
2. REMOVE SPEED SENSOR
a. Remove the bolt, flexible hose and speed sensor harness clamp from the shock absorber.
b. Remove the resin clip and clamp bolt holding the sensor harness from the body.
c. Remove the speed sensor from the steering knuckle.
INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL SPEED SENSOR
a. Install the speed sensor to the steering knuckle.
Torque: 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 inch lbs.)
b. Install the resin clip and clamp bolt holding the sensor harness to the body.
Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 inch lbs.)
c. Install the speed sensor harness clamp, flexible hose and bolt to the shock absorber.
Torque: 29 Nm (300 kgf-cm, 21 ft. lbs.)
2. INSTALL SPEED SENSOR CONNECTOR
a. Connect the speed sensor connector.
b. Install the fender liner.
