Overhaul

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE DOOR LOCK
a. Disconnect the control link.
b. Remove the 2 bolts and lock.

Torque: 4.9 N.m (50 kgf.cm, 43 in.lbf)




c. Remove the 2 clips and luggage compartment door inside handle cover.
d. Using a screwdriver remove the luggage compartment door inside handle.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

2. REMOVE DOOR COMBINATION LIGHT
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the nuts and rear combination lights.

3. REMOVE DOOR LOCK CYLINDER
Remove the retainer and lock cylinder.

REASSEMBLY
Reassembly is in the reverse order of disassembly.
