Cylinder Head Torque & Sequence

Torque 79 Nm (58 ft lbs)

NOTE: Install and uniformly tighten the 10 cylinder bolts and plate washers in several passes, in the sequence shown. After tightening to the specified torque, retighten the bolts an additional 90° in the order shown.

IMPORTANT: The head bolts should be replaced if they are not within specifications.

Standard bolt length: 161.3-162.7 mm (6.350-6.406 inch)
Maximum bolt length: 164.2 mm (6.465 inch)
