Approx. 12 Volts every approx. 1 to 10 secondsintermittently with the front wiper and washer SW at INTposition
16-GROUND: Approx. 12 Volts with the ignition SW ON unless wiper motor at STOP position
8-GROUND: Approx. 12 Volts with the ignition SW ON and the front wiper and washer SW at HIGH position
