Oil Level Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL






Disconnect the oil level sensor connector, then remove the 4 bolts and level sensor. Remove the gasket from the level sensor.

NOTE: Be careful not to drop the oil level sensor when removing it.

INSTALLATION






Position a new gasket to the oil level sensor, then install the sensor with the 4 bolts and tighten to 5.4 Nm (55 kg. cm., 48 inch lbs.). Connect the level sensor connector.
