Removal and Installation

GENERATOR REMOVAL / 7A-FE

Generator / 7A-FE:

REMOVE GENERATOR







1. Disconnect the wire from the 2 clamps on the generator.
2. Disconnect the generator connector.
3. Remove the rubber cap and nut, and disconnect the generator wire.
4. Loosen the adjusting lock bolt, adjusting bolt and pivot bolt.







5. Remove the drive belt.
6. Remove the adjusting lock bolt, pivot bolt. and nut.

Torque:
Pivot bolt: 61 N.m (600 kgf.cm, 45 ft.lbf)
Adjusting lock bolt: 19 N.m (185 kgf.cm, 14 ft.lbf)

7. Remove the generator.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
