Evaporator Temperature Sensor / Switch: Testing and Inspection

THERMISTOR INSPECTION







Check resistance between terminal of thermistor connector at each temperature.

Standard resistance:
at 0° C (32° F) 4.6 - 5.0 K Ohm
at 15° C (59° F) 2.1 - 2.6 K Ohm
(As temperature increases, the resistance decreases gradually.)
