Heated Oxygen Sensor Inspection (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR INSPECTION (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
INSPECT HEATER RESISTANCE OF HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR
- Remove the passenger's seat.
- Take out the console box side of the floor carpet.
- Disconnect the oxygen sensor connector.
- Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals +B and HT.

Resistance: At 20 °C (68 °F): 11 - 16 Ohms

- If the resistance is not as specified, replace the sensor.

Torque: 44 N.m (440 kgf.cm, 32 ft.lbf)

- Reconnect the oxygen sensor connector.
- Reinstall the floor carpet.
- Reinstall the passenger's seat.
