16-GROUND: Approx. 12 Volts with Ignition SW ON unless Front Wiper Motor at STOP position
8-GROUND: Approx. 12 Volts with Front Wiper and Washer SW at HIGH position

5-6: Closed unless the Front Wiper Motor at STOP position
