Air Temperature Sensor ( Ambient / Intake ): Testing and Inspection

IAT SENSOR INSPECTION

1. Remove Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor

2. Inspect IAT Sensor






Using an ohmmeter. measure the resistance between the terminals.

Resistance: Refer to the graph

If the resistance is not as specified. replace the IAT sensor.

3. Reinstall IAT Sensor
