Neutral Safety Switch: Service and Repair

1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Loosen neutral safety switch bracket bolt.
3. Position transaxle shift lever into Neutral.
4. Align switch shaft groove with neutral base line, Fig. 9, then retighten switch bracket bolt. Torque bolts to 48 in. lb.
5. Connect electrical connector to switch.
