Distributor: Description and Operation

PURPOSE

The Distributor is used to direct high voltage to the appropriate Spark Plug through the Rotor and Distributor Cap. The unit also houses the "G" (Cam Position) Sensor, "Ne" (Engine RPM and Crank Angle) Sensor, Ignition Coil and Igniter.
