Passenger's Side Air Bag Module

1. On models with air bag system, disarm airbag system as outlined under Technician Safety Information.
2. Remove glove compartment door finish plate.
3. Disconnect passenger air bag electrical connector.

4. Remove instrument panel, Fig. 37.
5. Remove passenger air bag mounting bolts and nuts.
6. Carefully remove passenger air bag module.
7. Remove screws and air bag door.
8. Reverse procedure to install, and tighten to specifications. On models with air bag system, rearm airbag system as outlined under Technician Safety Information.
