Inspection

Speed Sensor Check:

1. Connect battery positive to terminal 1 and negative to terminal 2.
2. Connect tester positive to terminal 3 and negative to terminal 2.
3. Rotate shaft. Check that there is voltage change from 0V to 11V or more between terminals 2 and 3.
4. Voltage change should be 20 times per revolution of speed sensor shaft.
5. If not as specified, replace sensor.
