Intercooler

1. Visually inspect the Intercooler for structural damage.
2. Remove the Intercooler from the vehicle. Refer to COMPONENT REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR PROCEDURES for proper procedure.

Removing Intercooler From Engine:

3. Using compressed air, blow through Intercooler air inlet and ensure that no restrictions exist.
4. If a problem is found and the Intercooler cannot be repaired, replace the Intercooler.
5. Reinstall the Intercooler on the engine. Refer to COMPONENT REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR PROCEDURES for proper procedure.
