The Throttle Position Switch senses throttle valve open/closed position. The throttle position signal is used by the ECU to control the EVAP Purge Vacuum Switching Valve and Fuel-cut Solenoid Valve. The Throttle Position Switch inputs the ECU through terminal THS.
