Air Control Valve (ACV)

1. Remove Air Control Valve from engine.
2. Apply battery current across terminals.

Testing Air Control Valve (ACV) - Current Applied:





3. Check that air flows from pipe A to pipe B and C.
4. Disconnect the battery current and check that air does NOT flow from pipe A to B or C.

Testing Air Control Valve (ACV) - Current Removed:





5. If a problem is found, replace the ACV.
6. Reinstall the ACV on the engine.
