ABS Main Relay: Service and Repair

Control Relay:

Remove electrical connectors from the control relay and remove mounting bolts.

REMOVAL

1. Remove relay case screw and clamp and remove relay case.
2. Remove two control relays, the motor control relay and the solenoid control relay.


REPLACE

1. Install relays in actuator and replace the relay cap.
2. Install the relay case, screw and clamp.
3. Check control relay operation. See DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING PROCEDURES.
