A new cold start time switch is now available for improved startability:
PRODUCTION CHANGE:

1990 models have a TCCS ECU change which addresses this condition, and will not benefit from cold start time switch replacement.

SERVICE INFORMATION:

Before replacing the cold start time switch, perform a thorough inspection to verify that all engine mechanical, fuel, and electrical/electronic systems are operating within recommended specifications.
