4. Parts Ordering
DO NOT ORDER ANY PARTS FOR THIS CAMPAIGN THROUGH NORMAL PARTS ORDERING PROCEDURES. SUCH ORDERS WILL BE REJECTED.
^ All orders must be placed with the Technical Compliance Department using copies of the parts order form provided with this letter.
^ Photocopy the form, fill in the required information, and transmit the order by facsimile machine to (310) 781-3399.
5. Reimbursement Procedures
Submit Special Service Campaign claims following the procedures described in the Toyota Warranty Policy & Procedures Manual.
The operation codes to be used for this campaign are listed in chart.
Please review this entire package with your Service and Parts staff to familiarize them with the proper step-by-step procedure and implement this Special Service Campaign to ensure customer satisfaction.
