TITLE: INTRUSION MONITORING SYSTEM - SCHEMATIC DRAWINGS

The enclosed drawings are schematic representations of the Toyota Intrusion Monitoring System (IMS) as it is installed in the various 1987 Toyota vehicles. The following 1987 vehicles are referenced by the drawings:

CAMRY SEDAN AND WAGON VAN MR2 TRUCK/4RUNNER CELICA FX 16

The components are shown in their approximate relative positions and are identified by component name and location in the vehicle. The drawings are not to scale. Where wire connections exist between the IMS System and the vehicle wiring, wire colors on both sides of the kit Scotchlock Connections are indicated. The functions of the various IMS System wires are described completely and in detail in Toyota Service Bulletin, Volume VIII, Number 008, issued December 2, 1985. Please refer to this Bulletin for further details. Briefly, the functions are as follows:
