These procedures should only be used for complaints of hesitation DURING ENGINE WARM-UP. It is not intended for cold start or warm engine driveability improvements.



To reduce engine hesitation on light acceleration from a stop or at low speed, a 0.9 mm restrictor has been inserted into the "R" port vacuum line of the EGR system, and the distributor advance characteristics have been changed.
