Type B Codes

Reading "B" Codes:

Type "B" Code Display:

Type "B" codes are indicated when the system recognizes malfunctions in certain components. As with "A" codes, "B" codes are flashed by the main switch indicator light. To read "B" codes:

1. Turn set/coast switch on 3 times within 2 seconds.
2. Read codes on main switch indicator light.
3. Codes appear in numerical order starting with 11.
4. Normal code runs for 20 seconds and abnormal codes repeat 3 times.
5. Display stops when vehicle speed exceeds 10 mph (16 kph) or main switch is turned off.
