1. Disconnect electrical connector from switch and measure resistance between terminals, Fig. 35.
2. Meter should read 30 - 50 ohms with coolant temperature below 95°F and 70 - 90 ohms with temperature above 95°F).
3. Measure resistance between STA and ground. Meter should read 30 - 90 ohms.
4. If readings are not as specified, switch is defective.
