II. Igniter Inspection Procedure

1. Disconnect the green wire connector from the distributor assembly.


2. Disconnect the spark plug wires at the spark plugs.

CAUTION:

* Check that the ignition key is in the OFF position.

* Be careful not to drop the screws or nuts into the distributor.

* Do not pull excessively on the wires or connectors.


3. Remove the distributor cap.


4. Check igniter identification marks. (Section III)
