Description of Cruise Control System Cancel Conditions

Constant cruising is canceled under any one of the following conditions.

- Push engine switch to change ignition mode to "OFF".
- MAIN (ON/OFF) switch is turned OFF.
- *Vehicle speed becomes lower than minimum operating speed (36 km/h (22 mile/h)).
- *Actual vehicle speed is continuously lower than set vehicle by a specified amount.
- *Brake pedal is depressed (Brake light switch is turned ON).
- *Clutch pedal is depressed (Clutch pedal position switch is turned ON) (M/T model).
- *Select lever is shifted to other than "D" and "M" range (CVT model).
- *Select lever is in "M" range and lower than specified gear position.
- *CANCEL switch is turned ON.
- *ESP(R) is operating.
- *Engine speed becomes higher than maximum operating speed.

NOTE:

When constant cruising is cancelled under any condition with * (asterisk), vehicle speed before cancellation can be resumed by operating RES/ACC switch, provided that vehicle speed is higher than 40 km/h (25 mile/h).
