Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve: Service and Repair

PCV Valve

REMOVAL

1. Remove the collector cover.
2. Remove the intercooler.
3. Remove the PCV hose and remove the PCV valve from PCV connector.






INSTALLATION

Install in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: Apply liquid gasket to the bolt threads of PCV valve.

Liquid gasket: THREE BOND 1141G or equivalent

Tightening torque: 22.5 N.m (2.3 kgf.m, 16.6 ft.lb)
