MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LIGHT DOES NOT COME ON

DIAGNOSIS: The malfunction indicator light circuit is open or shorted.

TROUBLE SYMPTOM: When the ignition switch is turned to ON (engine OFF), malfunction indicator light does not come on.
