CHECK ENGINE MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP (MIL) REMAINS BLINKING AT A CYCLE OF 3 HZ

DIAGNOSIS:
Test mode connector circuit is shorted.

TROUBLE SYMPTOM
MIL blinks at a cycle of 3 Hz when ignition switch is turned to ON.
