MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LIGHT DOES NOT BLINK AT A CYCLE OF 3 HZ

DIAGNOSIS:
The malfunction indicator light circuit is open or shorted.
Test mode connector circuit is open.

TROUBLE SYMPTOM
During inspection mode, malfunction indicator light does not blink at a cycle of 3 Hz.
