Trouble Code Does Not Appear

C: TROUBLE CODE DOES NOT APPEAR.
Diagnosis:
- Diagnosis circuit is open.
Trouble Symptom:
- The ABS warning light turns on or off normally but the start code cannot be read out in the diagnostic mode.
