Diagnosis
- The vehicle speed signal is abnormal.
- The circuit in combination meter is faulty.
- The harness connector between TCM and vehicle speed sensor is in short or open.

Trouble Symptom:
- Erroneous idling.
- Engine stalls.
- Poor driving performance.
