Fillpipe Restrictor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Remove rear seat cushion and backrest.
2. Remove left rear trim panel.

Fuel Filler Pipe Protector:

3. Remove filler pipe protector.

Fuel Filler Pipe:

4. Remove mounting bolts and screws at each end of filler pipe.
5. Loosen clips and remove air vent tube and air breather tube.
6. Loosen filler hose clamp and remove filler pipe.

INSTALLATION

1. Connect filler pipe and attach mounting bolts and screws at each end before tightening clamp.
2. Route air breather and air vent tubes in their original positions and reconnect.
3. Install filler pipe protector.
4. Install trim panel and rear seat.
