Claim Processing Information - Reimbursement
PHASE ICredit for the performance of the addition of transmission oil level per the Service Procedure will be provided from the two-part Recall Certification/Repair Order Form. Therefore, it is very important that all information on the form be complete and correct.
All claims for reimbursement should follow the procedures outlined below.
You must complete the repairing dealer section of the two-part Recall Certification/Repair Order Form and remove and retain the first copy for your records.
Star System Dealers may enter the applicable information using the Campaign Claim (RY) routine.
Non Star System dealer will be reimbursed upon submission of the remaining copy of the Recall Certification/Repair Order Form to your Distributor/Region in an envelope with postage prepaid.
Dealers will be credited with 0.2 hours warranty labor rate plus an allowance for 20 oz. of transmission oil (PI/N SOA63501 0) added to each vehicle based on the two-part Recall Certification/Repair Order Form.
PHASE II
Credit for any additional assistance provided to an owner for Phase II performance will be provided based on the submission of standard warranty claim. You will be credited with 0.1 hr. warranty labor rate for installing the replacement (yellow cap color) 4WD transmission case dipstick (supplied by vehicle owner).
